Privacy notice

Daybreak Studio is the trading name of Calum McMahon, a sole trader based in Essex, England. This notice explains what we do with your details when you get in touch or become a customer.

The contact form

If you fill in the form, we collect your name, business name, and phone number. We use them for one thing: replying to your enquiry. They're not shared with anyone else, not used for marketing lists, and if you don't become a customer we delete them within 6 months.

If you become a customer

We keep the business details needed to build and look after your site (contact details, content you send us, billing records). Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see your card number. We keep billing records for as long as tax law requires.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't use tracking cookies or analytics that identify you.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it — just get in touch. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
